Werth Realty is locally owned and operated. It has the advantage of being big enough to maximize the economies of scale but small enough for the company's principals to work directly with our clients. Our staff consists of 4 licensed brokers and several support personnel. We currently manage approximately 500 units which includes a mixture of apartments, houses and condos. Our commercial management clients include retail, office and business center buildings in eight different locations.
